All photography acquired by or in the current photo files of the Alabama Gulf Coast Convention and Visitors Bureau may only be used to promote the general marketing of the area and by not-for-profit organizations. No photo may be used in the advertising, brochures or Internet sites of any rental company, restaurant, or for profit attraction or promotion. The CVB President/CEO or Vice President of Marketing must approve any other use of CVB photos by a for-profit organization, in writing.
